PVC roofing for buildings that ask more of the membrane
Welded, reflective PVC membrane for durability and energy efficiency on commercial roofs.
Chapter 01
Grease, chemicals and hot roofs
Some roofs carry more than weather. A restaurant exhaust fan settles grease across the membrane around it. A processing building vents fumes and residue. A shop roof collects whatever its equipment puts into the air. Those exposures break down some roofing materials faster than sun and rain ever would, and a roof that looks fine from the ground can be quietly wearing out at the exhaust.
PVC has long been chosen for exactly these roofs because it stands up to that kind of contamination better than many alternatives. It also reflects sunlight, which helps hold down cooling costs through the hot Tri-Cities summers, and it resists UV and general weathering.

Welded seams, large sheets, fewer weak points
PVC is installed in large sheets, and the seams between them are hot-air welded into a single fused surface. Fewer seams and fused joints mean fewer places for water to get in. The weld is where the craft shows, so our crew tests and checks the seams as they go, and pays particular attention to flashings, corners and the details around rooftop equipment.
We start with a consultation about your building and how the roof gets used, then help you pick the PVC membrane thickness and color that fits. After installation, we run a quality inspection of the finished system to confirm the work is watertight before we call it done.
Chapter 03
Inspection and cleaning
PVC needs minimal maintenance, but it does need someone to look. Check it after storms, watch the seams and flashings, and keep the drains clear. If grease or residue builds up around an exhaust, it is worth cleaning that area on a regular schedule rather than waiting for it to cause trouble.
When a repair is needed, our team handles it promptly, because a small fix on a welded membrane stays small if you catch it early. Call 509-440-2428 if you want a roof you already have looked over, or if you are deciding whether PVC is the right choice for a new one.
