Where A&A roofs

We are based in Kennewick, and the Tri-Cities are the core of the work. From there A&A roofs homes and businesses across Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Find your town below. If it is not listed, call anyway and ask.

Tri-Cities core

Kennewick, Pasco and Richland

The roofs we know best. Since 2017 the company has worked these three cities, and the office sits in the middle of them.

Kennewick, WA
Home base. The office is at 7105 W Hood Pl, Suite A101, so this is the easiest place in the region to book an inspection or talk a roof through face to face.
Pasco, WA
Across the Columbia from Kennewick. Summer heat and open-country wind are what roofs here put up with, and A&A takes repairs, replacements and commercial flat roofing in Pasco.
Richland, WA
Upriver from Kennewick, with the same heat and the same wind. West Richland homeowner Andres Montero reviewed his full replacement after comparing A&A's CertainTeed Pro system against the competition.
The Tri-Cities together
Kennewick, Pasco and Richland are where A&A has roofed since 2017, and the office is in the middle of them. Emergency help is always available.

Washington

The valleys, the Blues and the Cascades

Past the Tri-Cities the weather changes town by town: more wind in the Yakima Valley, colder winters toward Walla Walla, real snow load in the mountains. Every job starts with an on-site evaluation so the quote fits the roof and where it sits.

One of our own builds above Lake Chelan, in snow.

Prosser

West of Kennewick in the Yakima Valley. Wind and hot, dry summers are the roof's main opponents here, and A&A schedules residential and commercial work by phone.

Sunnyside

Farther up the Yakima Valley. Heat and wind are the usual roof complaints, and A&A does flat and low-slope systems for businesses as well as shingle roofs for homes.

Yakima

The valley's biggest city, west of the Tri-Cities. Wind, summer sun and some winter snow all show up on its roofs. Call to set up an on-site evaluation.

Walla Walla

East of Kennewick toward the Blue Mountains. Winters are colder here, so the roof's ventilation and flashing matter as much as the shingles. A&A covers repairs, replacements and inspections.

College Place

Next door to Walla Walla, with the same weather and the same services. One call covers both towns.

Wenatchee

North of the Tri-Cities where the Columbia meets the Cascade foothills. Heat in summer and snow load in winter both count when a roof is chosen.

Leavenworth

In the Cascades, where snow is a real part of the roofing job. A&A handles inspections, repairs and replacements here by appointment.

Spokane

The long drive north-east from Kennewick. Residential and commercial roofing are both on the table. Call the office to talk through timing.

Chelan

On the lake, in snow country. The photo beside this list is a roof we built above Lake Chelan, and new builds and re-roofs there are a call away.

Oregon

Across the river, into northeast Oregon

Oregon work runs under CCB #235165. Hermiston and Umatilla are the near end. Pendleton and La Grande are the long end, and in between sits Boardman.

Hermiston, OR. Just across the state line from the Tri-Cities, and among the closest Oregon towns to the Kennewick office. A&A carries Oregon CCB #235165.

Umatilla, OR. On the Columbia in Oregon, close to Hermiston. Wind off the river is the thing to plan a roof around.

Boardman, OR. Farther down the Columbia in Oregon. Homes and commercial buildings both get roofing, siding and window work from A&A.

Pendleton, OR. In the Blue Mountain foothills, where winters are colder and roofs see real snow.

La Grande, OR. In the Grande Ronde Valley at the foot of the Blues. Cold winters are the reason to get the roof looked at before the snow, not after.

Idaho

Two stops in Idaho

Lewiston, ID

On the Snake River at the Washington line. Hot summers, cold winters, and A&A's residential and commercial crews will make the trip. Call to schedule an inspection.

Boise, ID

The farthest stop on the map and a real trip from Kennewick, so call the office first and we will tell you how we would schedule it.

Tell us where the roof is

Name the town and what the roof is doing, and the office will tell you how we would handle it. Already know what you need? See all services or our past work.
