Roof Replacement
A full tear-off and a new roof from A&A's own crew, usually done in one to three days. A free inspection first, a detailed estimate second.
Chapter 01
When a roof has earned its retirement
Most roofs do not fail in one dramatic afternoon. They wear out a season at a time. Shingles curl at the edges and shed granules into the gutters. A few go missing after every wind storm, and you pay someone to spot-fix them again. A stain shows up on a ceiling after the first heavy snow melts. A&A's guidance is that a roof past 20 to 25 years has used up most of its protection, and sagging, frequent leaks or moss and algae spreading across the surface point the same way.
Eastern Washington is hard on all of it. Wind is the Tri-Cities' defining weather, summer sun bakes the south slopes, and winter loads the roof with snow that melts, refreezes and works under anything loose. Andres Montero in West Richland wrote that after countless wind storms and paying people to spot fix missing shingles, he and his family decided it was time. When repairs keep repeating, replacement often makes more sense, and a free inspection will tell you which side of that line your roof sits on.

Tear-off to clean-up, one crew start to finish
It starts with a consultation and an on-site evaluation, so the estimate you receive lays out the scope of work, the materials and the costs before anyone touches a shingle. You choose the roofing material and style with A&A's help. Then the crew strips the old roof to a clean surface, looks at what is underneath, deals with any underlying problems, and installs the new system with attention to flashing, edges and every penetration.
The materials are name-brand. A&A holds CertainTeed ShingleMaster PRO and IKO ROOFPRO Craftsman Premier credentials, and Andres Montero said the CertainTeed system he compared came with a comprehensive warranty, a workmanship warranty and what he called an amazing wind rating. Wind rating is the number worth asking about on a Columbia Basin roof, because wind is the first thing that tests it.
The schedule is shorter than most people fear. A&A says most replacements finish within one to three days, depending on the size and type of roof. Jenna Long's was done in two, after Roy had a contractor out the same day to tarp wind damage. To book a free inspection and estimate, call 509-440-2428 or send a note through the contact page.
Chapter 03
After the last shingle goes down
A replacement is not finished when the truck pulls away. A&A does a final inspection before calling the job done, and the new roof is covered by their 10-Year Excellence Warranty, the promise printed on their own homepage. Step five of their process comes after that: the team checks in to make sure you are satisfied and to give you any aftercare or maintenance advice.
That follow-up is what customers mention. Micalynn Hamson wrote that even after her siding project was finished, Roy kept following up to make sure she was still completely satisfied. It is a small habit, and it is how a roof you paid for stays a roof you trust.
