Emergency Roofing

24/7 emergency help when a storm, a fallen tree or a sudden leak puts your roof at risk. Call first, and we work to make it safe.

Chapter 01

What counts as a roofing emergency

If water is coming in or something has come down on the roof, treat it as an emergency. A&A's list is short and honest: severe storm damage from wind, hail and heavy rain, sudden leaks or water intrusion at any hour, fallen trees or debris, structural roof damage, and any urgent situation where waiting will make the damage bigger.

Water is the reason speed matters. It runs along decking and rafters, soaks insulation, stains drywall and can reach wiring long before it drips where you can see it. In Eastern Washington the usual trigger is a wind event that strips shingles or drops a limb, and a night of rain or a hard freeze on an open roof can turn a modest repair into a large one.

Call, dispatch, cover

You call, A&A prioritizes the emergency and dispatches a team to assess it. The first job is not the permanent repair. It is interim protection: temporary repairs that stop further damage and secure the house. Then comes a thorough inspection to measure how much is damaged and what it will take to fix.

Here is what that looks like in a real customer's words. Jenna Long wrote that her roof suffered wind damage and Roy had a contractor out the same day to cover the damaged area with a tarp. She chose a full roof replacement after that, and the install was completed in two days. That was her experience, and it is the standard A&A holds itself to.

The emergency line is 509-440-2428, and A&A answers it as 24/7 emergency help. Outside office hours of Monday to Friday, 6am to 8pm, it is the number to use.

Chapter 03

From a tarp to a permanent plan

A tarp buys time, not a finished roof. After the assessment, A&A gives you clear recommendations for repair or replacement and a detailed plan of action, so the decision is yours and made with the facts on the table. Their emergency page states that this work is backed by warranties, and the crew cleans up when the job is done.

If the damage may be covered by your homeowner's policy, keep the record. Photographs of the damage, the date it happened, and receipts for any temporary protection all help. A&A documents damage with photos and written reports and can help you through the claim, though whether a claim is paid is always up to your insurer.
