Siding Installation in Kennewick, WA
Vinyl, fiber cement, wood and metal siding, from the demo to the last sealed seam, by the same crew that keeps the weather off your roof.
Chapter 01
What tired siding is telling you
Siding is the skin between your house and Tri-Cities weather: wind that drives rain sideways, summer sun that fades and warps, and winter cold that makes boards and panels expand and contract. When it fails, it rarely announces itself. You see a faded wall, a panel a windstorm lifted, a gap at a corner, a patch that never quite dries.
Cracked or loose siding lets water in behind it, where sheathing and framing take damage you can't see from the yard. A&A looks at siding the way it looks at a roof: what is failing, why it is failing, and whether a repair is enough. Leslie Martinez called about a siding repair and described Crystal and Adam as "fast, efficient, professional" people who made the whole process stress-free.

Four materials, and an install done in order
Vinyl is low-maintenance and cost-effective, in plenty of colors and styles. Fiber cement is durable and weather-resistant, with wood-like textures. Wood gives you the traditional, natural look. Metal is modern, sleek and very durable. The right one depends on the house, the exposure and how much upkeep you want to sign up for, and we'll talk through that on site before anything is ordered.
The work runs in a clear order: consultation, material selection, installation, weatherproofing and insulation. Weatherproofing means proper sealing at every edge, opening and transition, because that is where siding actually leaks. Micalynn Hamson's siding job was a full demo and install by Mario and Cesar, and she noted how hard they worked to get it right.
Chapter 03
After the last panel goes on
New siding does two jobs at once. It resets how the house looks from the street, and, with insulation behind it, it can cut into heating and cooling costs. It also protects the structure behind it from the next round of wind and UV.
Afterward, the A&A team checks in. Micalynn wrote that Roy "continued to follow up and make sure we are still completely satisfied." If your roof is due too, ask about doing both with one crew and one point of contact.
